Residential Park,

From concept design to construction documentation, the project involved developing the landscape for a high-end residential complex in downtown Kolhapur. Two 20-storey towers rise above a six-storey podium overlooking a 1,700-square-metre park, conceived as the green and social heart of the development.

The park features a small temple, an amphitheatre, a community centre and a flexible event lawn. A traditional local well was preserved and celebrated as a distinctive landscape feature, connecting the contemporary development with Kolhapur’s cultural heritage.

A climate-responsive planting strategy provides shade, seasonal interest and more intimate spaces while softening the scale of the architecture.
